In “the Gap”, as Barbados’ nightlife strip is popularly known by Bajans, street food abounds – from grilled chicken and fried fish to burgers. Although well-seasoned to start, don’t forget to add a bit of Bajan hot sauce to give your taste buds the true Caribbean flavour.
Restaurants within the Gap include anything from the fine dining of Waterside Restaurant and the fresh seafood delicacies of Pisces to the casual, lively and fun McBrides Pub and Cookhouse or Cafe Sol for Mexican delights.
