The Club Barbados Resort and Spa is an Adult-Only hotel set amongst four acres of lush, tropical gardens, directly overlooking the Caribbean Sea, The Club is a lovely choice for a quality all-inclusive vacation.
There are a total of 161 rooms and all suites and bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and include air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The resort offers a Spa and Fitness Centre (spa treatments at an extra charge), a choice of 2 restaurants and 3 bars.
The Club offers a variety of room categories from Garden View to One-bedroom suites, each of which will only sleep 2 adults. There is also a One-bedroom Garden View Spa Suite (the cost of which includes Spa treatments). There are no lifts (elevators) at this hotel.
The Club, Barbados Resort & Spa offers a wide selection of activities including three freshwater swimming pools, a freshwater Jacuzzi, tennis, snorkelling, windsurfing, fishing, kayaking, and more. When it’s time to relax, our luxurious spa offers a full range of services, including massages, facials and a menu of herbal treatments. Spa packages are available for purchase locally at the resort.
Activites and services can be arranged at an additional charge: Spacious spa and salon offering a wide variety of massage and beauty treatments; tours and excursions and rental cars may be arranged locally at the resort’s tour desk; guest room Wi-Fi access may be purchased at Reception; beach picnics, shopping tours and evening outings, room service.
The Club offers two restaurants:
The Sunset Restaurant & Bar is the main oceanfront restaurant offering a wide variety of local and international favourites.
Enid’s Restaurant offers delicious Caribbean and Bajan cuisine.
The Club’s Al-inclusive meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, and dinner daily along with all drinks by the glass (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Room service is not included.
The Club has three bars: Sunset Bar & Lounge, Beach Bar and Tommy’s Rum Shop. In addition each of our restaurants offers full bar service.
Room service for lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages will be available at an additional charge between the hours of 12:00 noon and 10:00pm.
Additional costs may apply for internet usage.

Superior Garden View Room: Max. occupancy is 2 adults
Ocean Loft: These are located on 4th floor (no lift), but offer a very private location. Maximum Occupancy 2 adults.
Superior Oceanfront Room: These offer a large bedroom with living room incorporated into one room. Max. occupancy 2 adults.
One Bedroom Garden View Suite: These consist of a spacious bedroom with an adjoining living area. Max. occupancy 2 adults.
One-Bedroom Oceanfront Suite: These consist of a spacious bedroom with an adjoining living area. Max. occupancy 2 adults.
One-Bedroom Garden View Spa Suite: These consist of a spacious bedroom with an adjoining living area. Max. occupancy 2 adults. Included in the price for these suites are Spa treatments.
All rooms & suites are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, private bath/shower or walk-in shower, safety deposit box, hair dryer, direct-dial telephone, alarm clock radio, tea/coffee maker, iron/board, satellite TV, and beach towels. Guestroom wireless is available at an additional charge.

We have just returned from our 15th visit. The changes that had been made enchanced our stay without losing the atmosphere that we have come to love. The food had stepped up a level and was delicious. The staff were great as always. Looking forward to visit16!!!!

It is like home from home, All the staff are really friendly and helpful,
The property does not have a beach, but has a sandy deck area, with easy access to the sea, the food is good, the evening...

The late night piano bar opens from 11pm to 2am, is very good, the resident piano player, Lyndon is great fun.
If you have any issues, just let somebody know and they will go out of their way to sort it, The club barbados may not be to every bodies taste, but it suits us.

Such a beautiful resort, all of the staff are really friendly from the moment of checking in. We were greeted by a really nice porter who helped with our bags, given a complimentary drink whilst we waited in the lobby to get checked in, and the woman who checked us in gave us all of the info we needed...

All of the bar/restaurant staff were always cheerful and made great conversation, they were so attentive and I couldn’t have asked for better service during my stay.
The location is great! The West Coast is definitely a lot less “touristy” and great for being able to relax and enjoy walks along the beautiful beaches.

Good room, apart from lead on hairdryer being too short, so very difficult to see
to style hair properly. Did inform hotel, but nothing done. Staff extremely helpful
especially during mains water problem carrying a bucket of water to 3rd floor room to flush loo !!!! Food very good considering...

A bit tired in places and our room could have done with a few more personal touches but not really any complaints. Staff were very friendly and it had a nice a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Didn't think long trousers were a necessity. The gym was a bit disappointing most people want to use the...

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, from when it was was the Almond Beach Club and more recently since it was taken over. I have always had a good holiday here, but do not expect 5 star service, it can be a bit hit and miss. The rooms are good and the food has always been good.

On the whole found the club barbados reasonably good, one criticism would be the layed back attitude of staff behind the bar and a smile wouldn't go a miss now and again.
