All Inclusive rates include the above plus lunch and afternoon tea, dinner (in The Palm, The Cove or Bartley’s Restaurant), all Premium branded bar drinks and house wines. A free stocked mini bar is provided in all rooms when on all-inclusive only. Should All Inclusive guests wish to choose from our Connoisseur’s Choice section in The Cove Restaurant then a supplement of US$10 will be incurred (children and adults).

The Cove Suites are the latest addition to Blue Waters adding a new dimension with free-standing baths, extensive living areas and four private infinity pools reserved only for Cove guests. Is this suitable for me?
Living Retreats at Blue waters will provide a bespoke programme to each client. We will also look at your whole lifestyle including sleep wellness, stress management, hormone rebalance to name a few.
How can I book?

What information do I need to supply before my arrival?
Living Retreats will have a detailed consultation with each guest on arrival. This will include a fitness test and medical questionnaire, as well as a ‘rebalance’ session (see separate information on rebalance).
What happens when I arrive?
The Living Retreats team will greet you on arrival and show you where to meet and book your one to one consultation.

Is the retreat all group sessions?
All sessions (except for the consultation) are group sessions, however we do provide one to one sessions too at an extra cost. ($100)
What do I need to bring?
Bring your workout gear, trainers, tops, shorts, leggings – anything that’s comfortable and appropriate for the heat.
Will there be special food?
Each restaurant will have ‘Living Retreat’ healthy options. Clients can choose items from the Living Retreats menu, or they can revert to the standard menu should they wish. Living Retreats specialise in showing their clients how to choose the right foods in a sustainable way. Living Retreats will hold food presentations to show you how to prepare the dishes when you return home. There are also Juicing presentations to help you on your healthy journey. Clients who aren’t booked onto Living Retreats can also choose the options on the menu (if for example they are travelling with someone who is on the retreat).
Do I have to do a full week or can I just book for the day?
Bookings can be made for as long as you wish, starting from one day at $85. ($74 net)
I am interested in taking part in the retreat, however my husband who I am travelling with just wants to relax, can I book just for me if we are travelling together?
Yes, certainly. We have created a daily rate per person, which you can just add on once to the accommodation booking if it’s just you taking part. Your husband can of course still enjoy the Living Retreats menus with you.
If I’m not on the programme can I still have the food?
Yes of course, all guests are welcome to try the living Retreats Healthy Options, at any of Blue Waters restaurants.
I am a single traveller; does this mean I will have to pay more?
No, if you book a minimum of 3 days on Living Retreats, then we are waiving our single supplements on our Deluxe Beachfront rooms, if staying on All Inclusive (valid for stays 1 May – 20 Oct)
Are there any spa treatments Included?
Clients who book onto Living Retreats for a minimum of 3 days prior to their arrival can enjoy a complimentary post flight 20 minute Elemis facial. This will be booked in for you for the day after arrival in the afternoon. Living Retreats have also recommended supplementary treatments for you to enjoy, these are at extra cost and are listed on www.bluewaters.net/living-retreats. These can be pre-booked if you wish
What time will the programme start?
Living Retreats will kick start your day at 7am through till 5pm (Monday – Saturday) with many activities to choose from. Clients don’t have to take part in all activities, the choice is yours.
I’ve never exercised before- will the programme accommodate my lack of fitness?
The design of the programme is such that it allows each client to either kickstart a new regime or improve on existing levels.
Do I have to attend every session?
This depends entirely upon the individual- you are on holiday at Blue Waters to relax and enjoy yourself- if this means attending one session or all the sessions, the choice is yours!

Will there be any educational chats?
We will teach you how to fast track your results keeping them sustainable using our rebalance methods, looking at your lifestyle as a whole. These are scheduled to take place each afternoon of the programme.
Do I have to stay on All Inclusive meal plan to take part in Living Retreats?
The answer is no, however the nature of the retreat lends itself to clients staying on All Inclusive, as days will be spent on resort taking part in the retreat, as well as enjoying the tasty, healthy food on the resort menus. If you are booked on B&B plan, then lunch, dinner and drinks will be an additional cost.
Will I have to do a fitness test?
All clients will undergo a fitness test prior to starting the programme. This will enable us to design the programme with your safety and suitable progression in mind.

First class hotel and resort with brilliant staff. Top facilities and space and room to have everything you need but lots of relaxation with choice of pool options, beach, bars, dining.. one of the best relaxing holidays I have had.
Only as a pensioner sad they will not give reduced rates any more!
